Our stallion, Sully
This is Sully! Sully is a piebald and registered with the GVHS and was accepted into the stud book! He is a 2020 model, and we cannot wait to start breeding him in 2024! His registration # GV07910 and his registered name is WHR Sullivan.
His sire is none other than Simon (GV01828P)! Simon made the cover of Equine in April 2010! His dam is Westmoreland Beauty (GV00505F) and she was the reserve grand champion mare at the Oklahoma State Fair 2009!
Sully and his parents are all from the famous, West Hill Ranches, who are known for breeding for docile temperament and exceptional conformation. Sully is a pleasure to be around and is my personal favorite horse to ride. We can't wait to see his babies! (NOT FOR SALE)

This is Ragnar aka SD Oliver! His sire is the famous SD Jim who recently passed away. His dam is SD Chloe! His grandpa is none other than Bob The Blagdon and his great grandpa is the famous The Lob Earred Horse. Also in his pedigree is The Horse Shoe Mare, The Sweeper Mare, The Old Black Horse & Vines Mare.
This young stud has the best bloodlines I've ever seen! He is very outgoing and friendly to people. In fact, he likes being around us more than other horses. He always wonders what we are up to and wants to be a part of it. He started training and is very calm about what is being asked of him. You can see he thinks it through before reacting. Ria aka Stellar Gold Rush was foaled 5/24/2021. Her sire is Ravalin's Rush and her dam is Annagold Lily. Her bloodlines include SD Jim, SD Pink Palomino, The Business (aka The Boss), Desert Jbewel Lenny, & The Lob Eared Horse! Her registered color is a Silver Dapple Tobiano! Cooley was born 4/9/2022, he is a wonderful, calm minded 2-year-old registered Gypsy Vanner. Cooley is very friendly, loves people and good around kids. He stands for the farrier nicely and has had his feet done several times. He loves attention of any kind and likes to know what you're up to! He loads great in the trailer and is quiet during travel. This gelding will be awesome at anything you want him to do! Should mature 15 hands. Cooley is registered with GVHS. Since this post, he has gone through the Buck Brannaman colt starting clinic 2024! Cooley has completed the Buck Brannaman, colt starting clinic! He was so receptive and calm to everything that was done with him! Never offered to buck or spook at anything. Stayed steadfast the whole time with his willing personality. This young gelding is ready for someone to continue with him! He's had the best start possible! More pictures below! Welcome to our ranch! We are the Ward's! Our family is a goofy bunch that include my husband and I, and our two sons! We love to go camping in the summer, hunting in the fall, sledding in the winter, and riding our Gypsy horses! We live outside of Sheridan, Wyoming and have a large ranch & we love showing off our horses, so drop us a line, and we will make it happen!
